What are the options?
Every design comes three ways: Ready-made case (HK$128): Clear case with the art applied and lined up by hand; DIY kit (HK$88): Clear case + eye-aligned sticker, apply it yourself; Sticker only (HK$48): Eye-aligned sticker, apply it directly to your AirPods or to a case. AirPods are not included.
Which AirPods does it fit?
AirPods 5, AirPods 4, AirPods 4 (ANC), AirPods 3, AirPods Pro, AirPods Pro 2, AirPods Pro 3. The light sits in a different spot on each model, so tell us yours when you order and we cut the art to match. Other model? Message us.
Can I put the sticker directly on my AirPods?
Yes. The sticker-only option goes straight onto the front of your AirPods charging case, or onto any clear case. Line the eye up over the light and press it down.
Is the DIY kit hard?
No. Line the eye up over the light, press the sticker on, and close the case. It takes about a minute. We include a quick guide.
Why does only one eye glow?
The charging case has a single status light. We place one of the character's eyes exactly over it, so that eye glows green when charged and amber while charging.
Can I request a different character?
Yes. Send us the character on WhatsApp. If one of their eyes can line up with the light, we can make it.
How can I buy and pay?
Right here on the website: pick your option and AirPods model, then pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through secure Stripe checkout. You can also buy on our Etsy shop. In Hong Kong you can order on WhatsApp and pay by FPS, PayMe or AlipayHK. Custom orders are arranged over WhatsApp.
How much is shipping?
Free delivery within Hong Kong. Other countries ship by Hongkong Post air mail for HK$25. US orders ship by tracked courier (SF Express) for HK$118. The exact price shows at checkout.
How long does it take?
In-stock designs ship in 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces are handmade, so allow about 5 to 7 days before shipping.
Can I return or exchange?
If your order arrives damaged, message us within 14 days and we will sort it out. Custom pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Does it look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Every piece is handmade, so each one varies slightly, and the photos are for reference only. The sticker is not 100% transparent, so it won't look exactly like a fully clear printed case.
